Update 2: Fix
After the backlash, Ebaka rolled out an update for their provably fair system. Their games now show the hashed server seed before you play and let you set your own client seed, meaning the problem has been fixed.
Some people accused Menace of not having proper provably fair. We heard it – loud and clear.
Let me start with the fact that timeline matters.
In December we received full RNG certification from BMM. That’s the certificate I already shared.

Update: Menace Founder Response
After the criticism went viral, Menance founder Dmitry Belianin posted a detailed response defending their approach.
His main point: Ebaka has full RNG certification from BMM Testlabs under GLI-19 standards – “one of the highest and most respected global standards.” He says their RNG is certified and “can’t be manipulated at all outside or inside.”
On the provably fair issue, Dmitry explained that RNG updates for certification affected their implementation. He added that provably fair improvements are still planned for release.
Their position: “Extra functions doesn’t change that our core service RNG is fair.”
The core complaint wasn’t about the RNG quality itself though. As one user put it, the issue wouldn’t exist if the words provably fair weren’t involved. But they are involved, and the games currently aren’t provably fair by crypto gambling standards.
Ebaka was built from day one with a very clear philosophy – this is not a “house-only” originals provider, but a market-grade product designed to be used by many operators, at scale, with the same standards we would demand ourselves as players.

Menace Casino is catching serious heat for their exclusive game provider Ebaka Games, whose provably fair system is being called “one of the worst” – and honestly, the criticism is deserved.
Their system is missing two absolutely essential features that make provably fair gaming actually work.
First, you can’t see the server seed hash before you play a round. Second, you can’t add your own client seed. This means you have zero input into how the game generates its random results. You’re just trusting them completely.
How Their System Works
Ebaka Games says their system shows you two things after you play: a server seed and a client seed. You can copy these and paste them into a verification page to check if the result matches.
But here’s the problem – you’re checking this AFTER the game is over. There’s no way to prove the casino didn’t just pick a result that benefits them once they saw your bet.
Without seeing that hashed server seed before you play, you’re just taking their word for it. And that’s not how provably fair is supposed to work.

How It Should Work
When you play at a legit crypto casino, before you start, they give you a hashed version of the server seed. This is like them writing down their answer and putting it in a sealed envelope. Then you can also add your own client seed – your influence on the randomness.
You play the round. Afterwards, they reveal the actual server seed, and you can verify it matches the hash they showed you earlier.
Big names like Stake, Shuffle, and Rollbit do this properly. They’ve had these systems working correctly for years. Ebaka’s lineup includes all the same games: Crash, Limbo, Mines, Plinko, Tower. It’s not like this is new technology that’s hard to implement.
Ebaka acknowledges the issue and says “in the future, you’ll also be able to set your own Client Seed for complete transparency.” That raises an obvious question: why launch without these features in the first place and call it provably fair?

If You Play on Menace
If you’re playing on Menace Casino, you can’t actually verify anything. You can’t prove the game outcomes were decided before you placed your bet. You can’t prove the casino isn’t cherry-picking results. You can’t prove anything is actually random.
Some people are speculating that Menace Casino is trying to “build a bankroll before making the games fair.” That’s a pretty damning accusation, but when you launch with a broken provably fair system, you kind of invite that kind of skepticism.
If you can not see the hashed server seed before a round, you can not prove that the outcome was fixed before the bet.
This means that the casino can generate outcomes however they want.
How are you going to ensure you are not getting scammed?

We’ll add client seeds in the future translation: We’ll add them after we’ve made enough money that we don’t need to rig games anymore 😂
