Velobet has been around since 2023, operated by Santeda International B.V. out of Curaçao. It’s a combined casino and sportsbook that does a lot of things well — big game library, solid crypto support, fast withdrawals for most players — but it also carries enough question marks that experienced players should go in with their eyes open. This review covers all of it, including the parts Velobet probably wishes you wouldn’t read.

Who’s Behind It

Santeda International B.V. (Company No. 151296, Curaçao) runs the operation, with Santeda International Limited in Cyprus handling payments. The licence is issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) under number OGL/2024/1798/1048, granted August 2024 and currently listed as active.

Santeda also runs Rolletto, MyStake, GoldenBet, CosmoBet, and DonBet under the same umbrella and licence.

Who Can and Can’t Play

The restricted countries list is worth checking early. Velobet doesn’t accept players from Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao itself, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, or FATF blacklisted countries. If you’re from Georgia and slip through, they’ll close your account on verification and refund your deposits minus 20%. If you’re from Russia or Belarus, they’ll close the account and keep the entire balance — not refund it, keep it. That’s stated plainly in the T&Cs.

Deposit and welcome bonuses are explicitly not available for players from Thailand, Japan, and Finland.

Games

7,000+ games across 80+ providers. That number is legitimate. For slots you’ve got Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Blueprint Gaming, Relax Gaming, Novomatic, BetSoft, PG Soft, Booongo, and well over 60 others.

Live casino runs on Pragmatic Play, Lucky Streak, BetGames.tv, SA Gaming, Amusnet, and XPROGaming — the usual categories covered, including VIP roulette variants, multiple blackjack tables, baccarat, Dragon Tiger, game shows, and auto-roulette up to 2000x.

Bonuses

The casino welcome package runs across three deposits: 150% up to €500 on the first (or 100% for deposits between €500 and €1,000), 100% up to €500 on the second, 80% up to €500 on the third. Total potential is 330% plus 300 free spins, with 30 credited instantly and 270 released at 30 per day over nine days.

Wagering is 30x on deposit plus bonus, max bet €5 per spin while active. The 10x deposit cap on winnings applies: the maximum you can withdraw from a deposit bonus is ten times the activating deposit, regardless of actual winnings. Anything above that is forfeited.

There’s a separate crypto welcome bonus: 160% up to €1,000 on your first crypto deposit, 35x wagering, 30-day expiry, slots only. Can’t be combined with the standard casino package. Several games are excluded.

The social media free spins — 10 spins for following Velobet on Discord, X, or Telegram — carry a 100x wagering requirement with a €100 maximum withdrawal. That wagering figure is extremely high. At 100x on 10 spins, you’re essentially playing for entertainment only, and “entertainment” is being generous.

The cashback looks good on paper: 10% no-wagering VIP cashback on deposits since your last withdrawal or bonus, plus a 5% wagering cashback on slots. Both have a maximum withdrawal of 5x the bonus amount. But multiple players on Casino Guru and Trustpilot reported that cashback simply stopped being credited despite remaining advertised on the site. Velobet’s official response acknowledged a “recent bonus structure update.” The cashback page still shows the offer. Until you can confirm it’s working for your account specifically, treat it as theoretical.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment options are broad: Visa, Mastercard, SEPA bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MiFinity, EcoPayz, AstroPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and crypto including BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR, and DASH. Minimum deposit is €10.

There’s also a separate clause: if your total bets since your last deposit are less than three times that deposit when you request a withdrawal, they reserve the right to charge you transaction processing costs for both the deposit and the withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal limits are €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month. VIP players get double. Wins over €15,000 from a single bet or spin are capped at a Maximum Win Limit of €200,000 — anything above that gets cut from your account before payout. Wins over €15,000 total can be paid in monthly instalments of up to €15,000. Progressive jackpot wins are explicitly paid in full, which is worth noting positively.

You can only have one withdrawal pending at a time. Crypto is fastest — same-day for many players, sometimes within the hour. Bank transfers take up to three banking days, and intermediary banks may charge up to €16 which Velobet can’t control. USD bank transfer payouts aren’t available.

KYC and Verification

Standard requirements: passport or national ID, proof of address from the last three months, and sometimes a card photo. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script — anything else and they may require video verification instead. Stated timeline is up to 48 hours after receiving documents, and records are kept for at least ten years.

For most players it goes smoothly — several reviewers report full verification in under an hour.

The problem is the pattern at the edges. AskGamblers lists 12 complaints against Velobet, all eventually resolved, average resolution 12 days. But inside those complaints the same script appears repeatedly: player wins, player requests withdrawal, account placed under “investigation,” support gives no reason and closes chats mid-conversation. The word “investigation” appears in complaint after unrelated complaint — not as a specific response to specific circumstances, but as what looks like a template. Amounts involved ranged from €69 to $7,919. One complaint involved a crypto withdrawal that Velobet marked as successfully sent but never arrived in the player’s wallet — a different kind of problem entirely, not a freeze but a missing transaction. One player had their account closed for violating bonus rules despite providing screenshots showing they’d never activated a bonus.

Responsible Gambling

Self-exclusion and temporary deposit deactivation are available. Deposit limits and loss limits are not. In 2026, at a casino of this size, the absence of those tools is a meaningful gap.

Support

Live chat is 24/7 and generally gets positive marks for standard queries — quick responses, helpful agents. Email is support@velobet.com Discord, X, and Telegram are also available. The casino replies to around 49% of negative Trustpilot reviews, typically within two weeks.

Ratings

  • Casino Guru: 8.4/10, Safety Index High, 73 reviews.
  • AskGamblers: 8.1/10, 55 reviews, 12 complaints all resolved.
  • Trustpilot: 3.6/5 across 942 reviews, heavily polarised between 5-star and 1-star, with coordinated-looking campaigns visible in both directions.

Bottom Line

Velobet is a well-built casino that genuinely delivers for most players most of the time. The game library is excellent, crypto support is first-rate, and when withdrawals flow normally they’re fast. For a crypto player who verifies early, stays on the right side of the T&Cs, and doesn’t chase the cashback offers, it’s a reasonable choice within the Curaçao tier.

The concerns are real though. The account freeze pattern is consistent enough across independent platforms to be taken seriously rather than dismissed as sore losers. The bonus terms — particularly the broad advantage play clause — give the house significant discretion over whether your winnings are actually yours. The cashback advertising gap is an active trust issue right now.

Go in small, verify before you play, withdraw regularly rather than accumulating a large balance, and read the T&Cs properly rather than clicking through. That’s always the right approach with any casino, but with Velobet specifically it’s not optional advice.

This review reflects VeloBet’s features and offerings as of May 2026. Bonuses and terms may change, so verify current promotions on the casino’s website before depositing.
