How Dark Spiral Works

Dark Spiral plays on a 6×4 grid where you need matching symbols on at least three adjacent reels from left to right. The base setup gives you 4,096 ways to win, but through the Summoning symbols, that number can explode to 331,776 ways. The game includes the cascade mechanic – winning symbols vanish, new ones drop in, and the process repeats until no new wins form.

Paytable

The paytable isn’t going to blow your mind on its own. Card symbols 10-A pay 0.5x for six of a kind, while the premium body horror symbols pay between 1x and 3x. Wilds substitute for everything and pay 5x for landing five.

Summoning Symbols

These are the heart of Dark Spiral. Summoning symbols land on reels 2 through 6 and come in three sizes: 1×2, 1×3, or 1×4. When they hit, they reveal stacks of matching symbols or wilds. The size determines how many symbols get revealed – anywhere from 3 to 12 depending on the stack height.

If a wild lands directly above or below a Summoning symbol on the same reel, the Summoning symbol expands to cover it. When Summoning symbols are part of a win, they stick around while other symbols cascade, then reveal fresh symbols. They keep doing this until the wins stop coming.

Bonus Rounds
